Miss Anna Robertson

Miss Anna Robertson was our third Student Director (2013-2014). She graduated from The University of Aberdeen in 2013 with an LLB (Hons) and, in the following year, a Diploma in Legal Practice.
During her time with ALP, Miss Robertson held a number of positions. Taking a particular interest in employment law, the Representation team. She developed the Schools Programme and founded the charity and commerce arm of ALP. Establishing links with Community Centres throughout Aberdeen. Miss Robertson appeared in Scottish Parliament Committee session in relation to the Victims and Witnesses (Scotland) Bill on behalf of ALP.
Miss Robertson has long been involved in the advancement of children’s rights. She was a founding member of the Peer Advocacy Service, which provides support and assistance to vulnerable children, and is a founding member and Secretary of Youth Chex, a grant giving organisation for young people.
Following her legal studies, Miss Robertson joined the Government Legal Service for Scotland as a trainee solicitor in 2014. Miss Robertson thereafter took up a position in the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service in 2016.
Miss Robertson is currently the Chair of our Board of Directors and Advisory Committee.
